Role Description
- Product Strategy : Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall goals and market trends. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather requirements and understand user needs. Translate these insights into clear and actionable product specifications and user stories.
- Product Development : Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful development and delivery of the product. Set priorities and guide throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Product Launch : Plan and execute product launches, coordinating marketing, sales, and support efforts to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy. Monitor product performance and user feedback after launch, iterating on improvements as needed.
- Performance Analysis : Measure and analyze key product metrics to evaluate product performance and success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and prioritize features or improvements.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact product development or success. Develop contingency plans and take proactive steps to mitigate these risks.
- Product Lifecycle Management : Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life decisions. Make recommendations on when to enhance, pivot, or retire products based on market demand and business objectives.
