Responsibilities :
- Develop Sales and Marketing strategies to increase sales and expand the company's market share.
- Manage and lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Creative Leads, and execution teams to ensure sales development aligns with market needs and effective marketing strategies.
- Design and execute effective marketing campaigns, including utilizing social media, advertising, and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and adjust marketing strategies.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Monitor sales and marketing performance regularly and report to management.
- Lead the negotiation process for large sales and ensure profitable contract closures.
- Prepare budgets for the sales and marketing departments and manage costs efficiently.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning for the company with a focus on sales growth and brand awareness
