Job Description
- Assisting guest for reservation, check-in, check-out process including administration and cashiering following the guidelines and procedures
- Provide services and information to guests that are the most accurate and up to date possible, and are delivered in the most meaningful way.
- Maintain an excellent reputation for the Hotel by addressing guest complaints tactfully and efficiently
- Perform at any assignment or duties given by Superior
Qualifications
Preferably 1-2 years relevant experience in Hospitality IndustryExcellent in communication (English – Bahasa) and customer relationComputer proficiency and email communication skillsAttention to details, ability to resolve customer issuesAvailability to work shifts, including night shift, weekends and holidaysAdditional Information
