Job Description

  • Assisting guest for reservation, check-in, check-out process including administration and cashiering following the guidelines and procedures
  • Provide services and information to guests that are the most accurate and up to date possible, and are delivered in the most meaningful way.
  • Maintain an excellent reputation for the Hotel by addressing guest complaints tactfully and efficiently
  • Perform at any assignment or duties given by Superior

Qualifications

  • Preferably 1-2 years relevant experience in Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent in communication (English – Bahasa) and customer relation
  • Computer proficiency and email communication skills
  • Attention to details, ability to resolve customer issues
  • Availability to work shifts, including night shift, weekends and holidays
