Talent Acquisition and Training Supervisor
Independent Research & Advisory International is a premium research & advisory firm focused on public policy, market research, and corporate advisory. Our research coverage includes Palm Oil and Biodiesel, Tobacco, Healthcare, Mining Industries including Nickel & Coal, Food & Agriculture, Electric Vehicles and Batteries, and Capital Markets.
Our clients include major conglomerates in Indonesia, multinational companies, and we are advising the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Minister of Land Affairs & Spatial Planning of the Republic of Indonesia.
This position is based in our satellite office in Singapore, with headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Main Responsibilities :
The candidate should have the ability to quickly learn about our company's business to assist management in recruitment and people development.
Talent Acquisition :
- Develop the recruitment process system and performance appraisal system.
- Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborate with department managers to compile consistent requirements.
- Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open vacancies.
- Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit open positions.
- Complete paperwork for new hires.
- Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Stay updated on current employment legislation and regulations.
- Handle industry relations matters as they arise.
- Provide recruitment reports to team managers.
Training :
Experience in developing training needs analysis.Conduct thorough training needs analysis before undertaking training assignments.Determine what employees or teams need to learn and how to prioritize learning.Develop shortlist of training providers.Implement onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.Minimum Requirements :
Minimum of 3-5 years in the same position.Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field from a reputable local institute or equivalent.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong team spirit.Fluency in written and spoken English.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
