  • Oversee all activities related to affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the execution of campaigns across various brands, tailored to meet specific goals and target audiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KP|s) for Affiliate Campaign Specialists and Affiliate Specialists, providing guidance and support to drive optimal results.
  • Serve as a community leader, fostering engagement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging within the affiliate network.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, ensuring effective communication, long-term collaboration, and mutual growth.
  • Implement leadership role in building, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in MCN Operations, influencer marketing, or digital media.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling creator networks or affiliate programs.
  • Deep understanding of platforms like TikTok and Shopee
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
