Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Business and Market Analyst located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, performing market analysis, and generating reports on market trends. Additionally, the role involves analyzing financial data, preparing business forecasts, and providing strategic recommendations. Key responsibilities include communicating findings with stakeholders, coordinating with different departments, and monitoring market developments related to real estate.

Qualifications

• Strong Market Analysis and Market Research skills
• Finance background with understanding of financial data and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the real estate industry
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
