Supply Chain Project Control Specialist

Overview

Supply Chain Project Control Specialist is a role to oversee and coordinate multiple logistics and supply chain projects. This role ensures project timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed to meet organizational goals and customer commitments. The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that they align with organizational goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams (Human Capital, Operations, Finance, ICT & Support) and external stakeholders (Customers, vendors, local community, etc.).
• Identify and analyze deviations from periodical targets; take corrective actions or escalate to the Manager as needed to maintain progress and meet SLA commitments.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize project management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
