Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Mining Manager, located in Kendari, Southeast Sulawsi, with a roster of 6 weeks onsite and 2 weeks field break (Roster 6-2). The Mining Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to the entire mining department, integrating people, processes, and equipment to safely deliver the ore production and waste stripping targets at the lowest possible cost, thereby directly controlling the mine's contribution to the company's profitability.

Qualifications

• Skills in Mine Planning and Mining Engineering
• Proficiency in Mine Safety and Budgeting
• Knowledge of Geology as it relates to mining operations
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field
• Experience in sustainable and ethical mining practices is a plus
• English proficiency both writing and speaking
