Finance Systems Analyst

Uraian TugasUniversity degree, preferably S1 in Accounting, Computerized Accounting, or IT with strong accounting knowledge. Minimum 2-3 years of experience at staff or supervisor level. Excellent verbal and written English skills. Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including technical finance and IT teams. Proficiency in Windows applications such as MS Excel VBA and MS PowerPoint. Ability to work with multiple parties to gain consensus.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily monitoring of the general ledger interface process from Core Systems into finance Systems and coordinate with regional finance systems support for any failure process.
- Perform monthly fixed asset reconciliation, including additions and deletions of fixed assets.
- Conduct quarterly access reviews for user IDs of finance systems.
- Provide the monthly management expense report.
- Coordinate with regional finance systems support for issues or requests that cannot be resolved locally.
- Collaborate with local IT and regional finance systems support for infrastructure issues related to finance systems.
- Convert and upload yearly budget files into finance systems.
- Guide and assist finance systems users with issues and functions within the systems.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments or projects as required.
