GROUP SALES & EVENT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities :

  • Event Concept & Client Coordination

Act as the main liaison for clients, clarify event objectives, and design tailored event concepts.

  • Planning, Budgeting & Logistics
  • Develop and manage event budgets, schedules, reservations, and vendor contracts.

  • Oversee venue setup, décor, staffing, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors
  • Execution & On-Site Management
  • Supervise event execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless client experience.

  • Post-Event Reporting & Follow-Up
  • Prepare event reports, review performance, and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify new event opportunities, prepare proposals, close sales, and represent the brand externally.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Administration
  • Coordinate across departments and manage contracts, billing, inventory, and documentation.

  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance, and develop contingency plans for emergencies.

    Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or F&B industry (multi-brand experience is a plus).
  • Strong client relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to design event concepts, manage budgets, and handle logistics end-to-end.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, able to manage multiple events and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of BEOs, CRM, or POS systems is an advantage.
  • Creative, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to event schedules.
  • Professional presentation with high customer service standards.
  • Existing network with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Candidates based in Bali are preferred.
