The Sales organization is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join the team.

Job Summary
The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales team by providing administrative, operational, and customer service support. This role serves as a bridge between sales, customers, and internal departments to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and documentation.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for product availability.
Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Help organize sales meetings, events, and training sessions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills
Experience in an international business environment.
Strong analytical ability with data.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
