Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors across multiple projects
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage tendering and procurement processes for subcontractors and materials.
- Monitor project budgets, track variations, and prepare progress claims.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide accurate cost forecasts and reports.
- Contribute to value engineering, risk mitigation, and procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.Minimum 6-8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit‑out projects.Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and interior finishes.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesAble to work independently and as part of a team.Good command of spoken and written English.Seniority level
