Accounting Analyst

Overview

HashMicro is seeking a knowledgeable and client-oriented Accounting Analyst to act as a subject matter expert for our ERP accounting module. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting, tax, or audit, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Ideal for professionals with accounting expertise and a passion for working in the tech or ERP space.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate client business processes to identify gaps with the ERP system’s accounting functionality.
• Provide solutions or workarounds for complex transactions, special accounting cases, and unique client requirements.
• Support the project team by offering accounting expertise during system configuration and client discussions.
• Ensure ERP system alignment with the latest Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.
• Stay up to date with local accounting standards and relevant ERP trends.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of accounting needs and system limitations.
• Assist ERP Consultants in client meetings when accounting input is needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (project, product, and management teams).
• Assist Consultants in requirement gathering from the client if necessary.
• Serve as a subject matter expert.
