OVERVIEW

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Trainer & Application Support Specialist to support our Employee Management System (EMS). You will be responsible for educating users and ensuring smooth daily operations by providing first-level support, helping teams leverage the system efficiently for HR processes including attendance, leave management, payroll, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Training :

Deliver comprehensive training sessions (on-site and remote) to new and existing users.
Create and maintain user manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs tailored to EMS features.
Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and update materials accordingly.

Application Support :

Serve as the main point of contact for EMS-related questions and technical support.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to EMS modules.

Escalate software bugs or system requests to the development team when necessary.

Qualification Requirements

1-3 years of experience in application training, support, or HR operations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner.

Previous experience supporting or training on HR software or ERP systems is an advantage.
