What you will do :

As a Project Engineer, HVAC, you will be responsible for project planning, cost control, and execution. You will supervise the Assistant Project Engineer and / or Technician as assigned, as well as sub-contractors’ work at the site. You will handle special tasks as assigned by your supervisor from time to time. Your goal is to ensure the successful completion of projects and meet customer satisfaction.

How you will do it :

• Plan work schedules for your projects in coordination with your supervisor.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress with customers and relevant parties to expedite installation.
• Supervise sub-contractors’ work at the site.
• Schedule purchases and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely manner.
• Ensure all installations conform to project specifications.
• Regularly update your supervisor on project progress.
• Assign tasks to, and supervise, the Assistant Project Engineer and Technician, if any.
• Handle system applications, drafting, database generation, and commissioning.
• Identify and secure variation orders.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure financial commitments are met.
• Ensure all work completed is properly filed and invoiced.
• Follow up on payments from customers and verify payments to suppliers.
• Train customers and provide first-year maintenance warranty visits.
• Handover completed projects to customers and later to the service team.
• Perform regular quality audits for all suppliers and sub-contractors.
