Overview

Waroeng Sambal Bang Jali' is looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Resto to join our team in Curug Bitung, Banten. As a full-time member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and reporting for our successful restaurant business.

Responsibilities

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the restaurant
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring timely payments
Reconciling bank statements and managing cash flow
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the business
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
Supporting the management team with financial analysis and business insights
Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or Finance, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the restaurant / hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal controls

Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial record-keeping

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to work effectively with the management team

A proactive and collaborative approach to contributing to the success of the business
