Uraian TugasPengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor. Memahami manajemen proyek, penjadwalan, dan pengendalian biaya. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) atau software manajemen proyek. Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan, dan siap ditempatkan di lokasi proyek. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator / Site Supervisor. Understanding of project management, scheduling, and cost control. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) or project management software. Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to be placed on-site. The Role :
- Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan proyek dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan hingga pelaporan.
- Menyusun jadwal kerja, mengawasi progres proyek, dan memastikan target tercapai sesuai waktu & anggaran.
- Menjadi penghubung antara tim lapangan, manajemen, dan klien.
- Memantau kualitas pekerjaan serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar K3 (Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja).
- Membuat laporan perkembangan proyek secara berkala kepada atasan / manajemen.
- Coordinate project activities from planning, implementation, and reporting.
- Develop work schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure targets are achieved on time and within budget.
- Serve as a liaison between the field team, management, and the client.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards.
- Prepare regular project progress reports to superiors / management.
