Base pay range

IDR78,000,000.00 / yr - IDR120,000,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections of construction materials, equipment, and site work.
  • Ensure that all standards comply with project specifications and regulations.
  • Prepare daily / weekly inspection reports and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and management to maintain quality standards.
  • Support internal and external audit processes related to project quality.
  • Perform material testing (concrete, asphalt, steel, etc.) according to standards.
  • Monitor site work to ensure compliance with drawings and technical specifications.
  • Follow up on non-conformities with corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as QC Engineer in construction projects (roads, building, civil works, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of construction quality standards (SNI, ASTM, ACI, etc.).
  • Skilled in using basic laboratory and testing equipment.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
