About this Position

Join Henkel as a key leader in our

supply chain operations, overseeing the end-to-end management of raw materials

(RM) and finished goods (FG).

What you´ll do

Managing

inbound and outbound logistics, pre-batching processes, and production

scheduling.

Ensuring

efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality material supply to support

production.

Leading

and developing warehouse teams, including forklift drivers and operators.

Driving

continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and inventory

levels.

Planning

and implementing logistics strategies aligned with Lean Six Sigma

principles.

Conducting

regular training and briefings to upskill team members.

Performing

and overseeing stock-taking activities to ensure inventory accuracy.

What makes you a good fit

University

degree in Chemical Engineering or Supply Chain Management

Proven

experience in warehouse and materials management.

Strong

understanding of SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).

Certified

Green Belt or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Passion

for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
