Who is the Koltiva Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Operation Support Officer?

This role will be responsible for contributing to the development & maintenance of project’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system. Providing insights about project’s progress against its Theory of Change (ToC) as a part of Monitoring process based on research calendar, conduct of all impact assessment (Evaluation) works for projects in Koltiva.
