Job Description
- Build Training Curriculum, Skill Grading, Training Aid and Development Program - Create and in charge Annual Training Plan and Schedule, Manage Event, Trainer, Budget and Administration
- Conduct Training Event, Record Result, Monitor Field Implementation within certain period
- Conduct Skill Assessment Event and Record Result
- Design, Translate and Provide Products Digital Content and Promotion Stuff
- Provide and Translate New & exist Product Technical Education Material
- Provide and Translate New & exist Product Manual and related guidance
- Control Product Type Approval Certificate validity period (SNI / Test Report) for BIG tractor
- Prepare budget, administration and for these products.
- Monitor Service Network manpower, facility, and equipment readiness
- Conduct process audit for service readiness compliance in Service Network
- Manage Product Sample taken from warehouse until back to Sales inventory
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering
・Basic to Conversational of English
・Min 3 years of experience as supervisor in training center of construction / agriculture machinery / heavy equipment or any machinery
・Have knowledge / experience of process product type approval ・Proficiency in Ms.Office
