Determine the objective, business background / pain point, and the features to be added / modify.

Transfer the information on product roadmap and required function to be developed to development team.

Develop report / dashboard as necessary.

Conduct problem analysis resulted from the metrics’ indicator.

Conduct product backlog and put necessary refinement as resulted from the product performance review.
