Collection Investigator

Responsibilities Conduct investigations to locate and profile individuals or entities with outstanding debts.

Utilize digital tools, online platforms, and databases to gather and verify information.

Communicate findings clearly through detailed reports and updates.

Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, collection) to support recovery efforts.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all investigative activities.

Communicate professionally in English for internal reporting and when engaging with external stakeholders.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Fraud / Risk / Collection Investigator in a financial institution is mandatory.

Proven experience in fraud / risk / collection, investigation, or a related field is preferred.

Skilled in using digital applications and online platforms for research and data collection.

Proficient in English (spoken and written).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Integrity and a high standard of professionalism.
