Uraian TugasCandidate must possess at least Vocational course, Diploma in Automotive, Electrical / Electronic, Mechanical or equivalent At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experience / Knowledge of Electronics and Automotive aftermarket product installations (Telematics / Sound Systems / Immobilizer etc.) Experience / Knowledge of Electrical / Mechanical repair of Automobiles and / or Heavy vehicles; (Electrical wiring repair, Faulty Finding and Mechanical Repair etc.)
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that all remote technicians are punctual with proper attire to maintain a professional appearance during job assignments
- Conduct quality checks remotely by leveraging mobile video calls
- Troubleshoot issues encountered during remote site operations
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing the QA activities performed for management review
- Identify training needs for remote technicians
- Conduct training and refresher sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the full fleet management product offering
- Familiarize yourself with the technology stack to effectively support remote operations
