Job Description

• Lead new investment product launch in collaboration with compliance, regulators and external partners. Clarify regulatory requirements, build proof-of-concept products, obtain new product approval for regulators.
• Participate in annual audit exercises. Being able to explain to regulators on of the company’s investment product end-to-end technical design and operation procedures.
• Managing the entire lifecycle of product development, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing optimization. This part includes a collaboration with various teams such as compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products
• Collaborate across teams and contribute insights, ideas, and features into crafting a cohesive product roadmap strategy
• Assessing and mitigating risks associated with investment products, such as liquidity risk, operational risk and regulatory compliance
• Analyze data to create recommendations and execute product experiments to improve key metrics
