As a Business Development Executive (Hospital Care) in B. Braun Indonesia, you will play a vital role in expanding the Hospital Care portfolio within Makassar region by executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Your key responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal teams and distributors to implement company strategies, achieve sales targets, and optimize profitability in line with corporate policies.
• Execute marketing strategies, manage assigned products, and proactively identify new business opportunities within your territory.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals through training, education, and operational support, while addressing feedback and concerns effectively.
• Promote products in line with KPIs, utilize CRM tools for planning and reporting, and ensure accurate project data and sales forecasts.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory standards, including proper handling of product complaints.
• Enhance your professional capabilities through development programs and maintain high motivation to drive performance in a dynamic healthcare environment.
