Responsibilities

Strategic Growth for Payments – Lead SEA regional initiatives to drive, expand, and scale digital payment adoption through product innovation, business improvement, and market competitiveness.
Business Innovation – Develop and execute direct strategic action plans to boost key payment metrics such as conversion rate, cost-to-income ratio, CPO, and CPB—driving higher adoption, stronger retention, and cost optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, partnerships, marketing, and operations teams to align priorities, deliver outcomes, and achieve business goals.
Project Planning & Execution – Own the end-to-end project lifecycle : scoping, planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience : 5+ years in growth and project management across financial services, digital payments, or banking, with knowledge of the e-commerce industry. SEA market experience is a plus.

Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with proven business acumen and a customer-first mindset.

Data Analytics Skills : Fluency in SQL, Python, or C / C++.

Communication : Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.

Language : Fluent English (written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.

Flexibility : Willing to travel as needed to ensure projects are effectively managed and executed.
