Responsibilities :
Technical Support : Assist distributors and clients with installation, maintenance, and operation of equipment.
Training : Deliver technical training (in-person and online) to sales teams, service engineers, and end users.
Commercial Support : Work closely with the Country Manager to identify opportunities and be a protagonist during negotiations and client visits.
Warranty Management : Follow up on warranty claims and post-sales support, ensuring fast response and customer satisfaction.
Spare Parts Coordination : Monitor local spare parts inventory and follow up on orders to ensure proper availability.
Technical Reporting : Prepare technical visit reports, performance indicators, and field feedback on product performance.
Requirements :
Technical or university degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields
Proven experience with CBCTs (Cone Beam Computed Tomography)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Flexibility for international travel
