Uraian TugasPlan and control the execution of data center facility maintenance management. Plan and control backup management process in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. Plan and control monitoring management process for all servers and other infrastructure tools managed in the data center. Analyze root cause and resolution for any problem related to infrastructure and infrastructure application. Conduct incident, service request management, problem management, change management, release, deployment, and service improvement as assigned.
General Requirement
- Proven understanding and experiences in Email Server, Active Directory, Domain Control, Operating Systems (Office 365, Windows, Linux, etc.), Cloud Computing & Management, Backup system, hardware management (server).
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent in English is a must (written and oral).
