Data Engineer / Data Architect (ETL)

Overview

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipeline architecture (ETL / ELT) for integrating data from various systems (CRM, Billing, Network Inventory, etc.). Compile, process, and manage large and complex datasets to meet business requirements. Ensure data quality, security, and integrity across all ETL processes. Support data migration processes, including mapping, staging, validation, and UAT. Develop and maintain Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and support its performance monitoring. Collaborate with Data Architects and BI Developers to design consistent and reusable data models. Build and optimize analytics tools, dashboards, reports, and self-service solutions to deliver actionable business insights. Provide clean, ready-to-use data for analytics, reporting, and AI / ML solutions. Design and develop APIs and back-end integrations to support data-driven applications. Document data pipelines, integration processes, and metadata in a clear and structured manner. Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring expectations are met and feedback is addressed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Data Engineer / Data Architect / Business Intelligence or in a similar role.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Information System, Statistic, Mathematic, or a related field
• Proven involvement in data migration projects, data warehouse implementation, or operational system integration.
• Proficient in SQL and Python (for scripting and automation).
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
• Skilled in ETL tools such as dbt, Apache Hive, Talend, Informatica, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, semantic layer modeling).
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Google Cloud Dataflow, AWS Glue) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data lineage, data validation, and data quality monitoring.
• Detail oriented, critical and data driven, with good interpersonal skills
• Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
