Job Description

Client Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Be the first point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Ensure smooth communication and problem-solving between clients and internal teams

Sales & Market Development :

  • Identify potential clients, projects, and market opportunities to grow Doka’s market share
  • Analyze market potential and construction methodologies to develop tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals that meet client needs and expectations
  • Implement sales strategies to reach sales targets
  • Sales Performance :

  • Utilize excellent presentation and negotiation skills to close sales and achieve sales targets
  • Cold call potential leads and manage client inquiries effectively
  • Promote Doka’s products in a professional manner to attract new business
  • Project Coordination :

  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor the progress of projects and address any issues that arise, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Ensure client requirements are met in terms of project deliverables, payment terms, and final account closure
  • Internal Systems & Compliance :

  • Maintain accurate customer records and status updates in Doka’s in-house systems
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance procedures, and local laws
  • Follow internal sales regulations and processes to ensure consistent performance and accountability
  • Customer Satisfaction & Payment Management :

  • Ensure that accounts are properly closed and payments are received in full
  • Collaborate with accounts to ensure payment terms are clear and followed by clients
  • Qualifications

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in the formwork or construction industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience, including proficiency in MS Office and technical drawing software
  • Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of different audiences
  • Strong understanding of contract management, including experience in creditworthiness checks, insolvency issues, and supplementary invoice management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive business growth
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, with the ability to offer technical insights and value-added solutions
  • Passionate about providing innovative solutions for clients' unique challenges
  • Additional Information

  • Experience in selling value-added solutions that cater to clients' specific needs
  • Valid driving license in Indonesia
