Job Description
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
- Be the first point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Ensure smooth communication and problem-solving between clients and internal teams
Sales & Market Development :
Identify potential clients, projects, and market opportunities to grow Doka’s market shareAnalyze market potential and construction methodologies to develop tailored solutionsPrepare and present proposals that meet client needs and expectationsImplement sales strategies to reach sales targetsSales Performance :
Utilize excellent presentation and negotiation skills to close sales and achieve sales targetsCold call potential leads and manage client inquiries effectivelyPromote Doka’s products in a professional manner to attract new businessProject Coordination :
Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure seamless project executionMonitor the progress of projects and address any issues that arise, ensuring timely and effective resolutionEnsure client requirements are met in terms of project deliverables, payment terms, and final account closureInternal Systems & Compliance :
Maintain accurate customer records and status updates in Doka’s in-house systemsEnsure adherence to company policies, compliance procedures, and local lawsFollow internal sales regulations and processes to ensure consistent performance and accountabilityCustomer Satisfaction & Payment Management :
Ensure that accounts are properly closed and payments are received in fullCollaborate with accounts to ensure payment terms are clear and followed by clientsQualifications
A degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in the formwork or construction industryStrong technical knowledge and experience, including proficiency in MS Office and technical drawing softwareProven track record in sales, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targetsHighly motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenueExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of different audiencesStrong understanding of contract management, including experience in creditworthiness checks, insolvency issues, and supplementary invoice managementEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive business growthStrong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyExceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationshipsOpenness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvementIn-depth understanding of construction methodologies, with the ability to offer technical insights and value-added solutionsPassionate about providing innovative solutions for clients' unique challengesAdditional Information
