Uraian TugasPrepare, review, and monitor the company’s budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Develop detailed financial reports and analysis to support decision-making by management. Track and control company expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets. Work closely with department heads to collect budget inputs, clarify requirements, and provide guidance on budgetary matters. Conduct variance analysis (planned vs. actual costs) and recommend corrective actions. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in identifying cost saving opportunities and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations. Provide financial insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / CFA is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
