Uraian TugasPrepare daily calculations for payment documents. Calculate and report monthly SPT PPh and VAT before the deadline set by the tax office. Issue tax invoices as requested by the Billing team within the company’s deadline, using the applicable system. Prepare and deliver tax slips to vendors within the company’s deadline, and perform reconciliation of issued tax slips with records from the Accounting and Collection teams. Stay updated with applicable tax regulations in Indonesia and understand how to implement them within the company. Apply basic accounting knowledge to coordinate with the accounting team regarding company records and tax reporting. Maintain proper filing of letters, calculations, reports, corporate identity, and other documents received from both internal and external parties related to taxation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in taxation; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in media companies is an advantage.
- Good operational knowledge of taxation and basic accounting.
