Currently we are looking for Area Business Manager with details below :

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit for a branch that is the responsibility of relatives.
• Establish and build productive relationships and effective synergy with the bank partner.
• Assist parties in increasing the number of Customer Base via Natural Market.
• Achieve FYP / month and ANP from the targets given.
• Ensure conditions in a state conductive and responsible about anything that happens in the team.
• Control and monitoring team.
• Control and monitoring report of the Bancassurance Consultant (subordinates), support to RBH (Regional Branch Head) and the Board of Directors (BoD).
• If there is anything else that is not listed above, it remains the responsibility of the ABM who must run and well execute.
