Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Business, or International Trade. 10+ years in international flavoring / coffee industry, incl. 5+ years in overseas GM / Factory GM roles. Proven track record in 0-1 business setup. Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and cross-cultural communication skills. Willingness to relocate or work long-term overseas.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations of 4 manufacturing entities, building an integrated “0-1” R&D, production, and sales system.
- Drive market expansion across Southeast Asia, with Indonesia as the hub.
- Oversee flavor, coffee, tea, and coconut businesses — ensuring both local and regional growth.
- Build and manage an international team, set clear KPIs, and implement incentive systems.
- Achieve annual revenue and profit targets, adapt strategies based on business performance.
- Collaborate with HQ, supply chains, and local partners to ensure stable supply and smooth distribution.
