Finance Analyst (AP)

Overview

Checking the authenticity of equity and evidence in operational claims, and assuming responsibility for expense control and regulatory compliance. Verify the correctness of calculations, authenticity of evidence, and adherence to SOPs in claim processing.

Perform bookkeeping in SAP for operational costs and related responsibilities. Track actual expenses that have been agreed in the monthly books.

Handle bookkeeping of payments in bank accounts in accordance with established bookkeeping practices. Assist in the month-end close process for each period.

Prepare detailed printouts from SAP, including advance balances, petty cash, and paid claims, and provide these reports as enclosure confirmations to employees.

Monitor document dispatch or circulation for claims accepted from Sales or verification, ensuring follow-up with the relevant departments. This is needed to enforce signing authority in operational claims and to track the duration of processing for each claim.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance Management
• Experience minimum 5 years
• At least 3 years in a Big 4 company
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
