Managing data input on Tax Online System, as well as creating ID Billing for monthly tax payment. Also to lead on collecting and sending monthly tax slips to our vendors and / or customers. Ensures that payments are made to creditors appropriately and in a timely fashion. Other tasks required are ability to record and maintain payment, accounting & tax documentation (hardcopy and softcopy forms) and others administrative works.
You will be responsible for
- Create ID Billing for Monthly Withholding Tax
- Input Monthly Withholding Tax on Tax Online System
- Input Monthly VAT on web e-faktur / Coretax
- Collecting Monthly Tax Slip (prepaid 23) from customer
- Input DGT and COR on Tax Online system
- All invoices are checked for validity before payment is made.
- Ensure payments are made in a timely fashion.
- Able to assist in preparing OJK reports.
- Manage prepaid, accrual, fixed asset reports every month.
- Other administrative tasks (collecting tax documents, tax filing, journal filing etc)
