Field Application Engineer (f / m / d) in Surabaya

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer in Surabaya.

Your Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To :

• Take ownership of customers issues / tickets reported, diagnose, troubleshoot and provide solutions to resolve customer issues.
• Coordination between developers and customers to resolve L2 / L3 issues.
• Plan and coordinate between developers and customers to perform product installation and product upgrades on customer systems (Linux / Windows).
• Training and technical assistance in connection with our products.
• Potential to travel for customer onsite support and training.
• Involvement in QA process through customer feedback, internal feedback and testing.
• Assist in testing new products, procedures and technologies.
• Research and develop new techniques, procedures and proof of concept.
• Progress to specialization support in one or more camLine products.
• Perform 24 / 7 hotline duties with team rotation.
• Undergo training and self-learning for specialisation in specific technologies such as database administration and cloud administration
