Job Description

The Head of Battery Engineering & Solutions will be responsible for :

• Technical Leadership : Design and oversee robust battery solutions using various chemistries (Li-ion, LFP, sodium-ion), ensuring safety, performance, and commercial viability.
• Industry Engagement : Represent the company in forums, build strategic relationships, and guide future technology roadmaps.
• Business Enablement : Support sales and BD teams with tailored proposals, feasibility studies, and client engagement.
• Emerging Market Strategy : Customize solutions for Southeast Asia's unique grid and policy challenges, including hybrid PV+BESS systems.
• Team Building : Develop and mentor a high-performing engineering team and establish scalable design practices.
