Uraian TugasBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience managing Dell servers and storage. In-depth knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers, Dell PowerVault, Unity, or other Dell storage products. Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and integrating server / storage in virtual environments. Understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux). Dell Technologies certification (Dell EMC Proven Professional) is a plus. Strong understanding of networking architecture, TCP / IP protocols, DNS, DHCP, etc. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities
- Regularly manage, maintain, and monitor Dell servers and storage systems.
- Install and configure Dell server hardware (PowerEdge) and storage systems (PowerVault, Unity, SC Series, etc.).
- Perform hardware and firmware upgrades as needed.
- Manage data backup and recovery on storage systems.
- Troubleshoot server and storage systems, providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system availability and performance.
- Plan for server and storage capacity according to business needs.
- Provide technical support for server and storage-related issues.
- Stay updated on the latest Dell products and apply best technology solutions.
