Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Problem Solving
Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, IT, Operations, Sales) to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.Translate business needs into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.Data & Performance ReportingExtract, manipulate, and analyze data from internal systems using SQL to support business insights and decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, models, and business performance reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.Perform root-cause analysis on operational issues using structured data.Project & Change Management SupportAssist in delivering key digital, strategic, or regulatory initiatives.
Monitor project progress, ensure stakeholder alignment, and support post-implementation review.Stakeholder EngagementAct as the bridge between business users and developers / vendors, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals.
Facilitate discussions, presentations, and workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to OJK, IDX, and internal standards.Support data governance, audit, and documentation efforts.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a brokerage firm or financial institution.Proficiency in SQL is required — ability to write queries, join tables, and perform data validation or deep-dive analysis.Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and reporting automation is a plus.Familiarity with Agile frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, or system development lifecycles (SDLC).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems.Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.Seniority level
