Uraian TugasBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in system migration or infrastructure transformation projects. Strong knowledge of system architecture, databases, and integration tools. Proficiency in project management methodologies. Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party solution providers. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-pacedenvironment. Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in written form.
Overview
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end system migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and secure transition of systems.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Ensure data integrity, minimal downtime, and business continuity during migration.
- Lead regular project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Prepare post-migration documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
