Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAP HR / HCM or SuccessFactors
At least 1 full-cycle HR system implementation with direct experience in HR data migration
Strong knowledge of employee master data, payroll data, time management, and org structures
Hands-on with SAP HR data migration methods and tools (SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, or similar ETL tools)
Ability to work with HR business users to ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in HR data management
