Overview

Recruitment Specialist at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk

Job Description :

Focus : System design, technical requirements, and system architecture.
Analyze and solve problems with a structured approach.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Skills & Knowledge :

Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Familiarity with programming languages is a plus.

Proficient in modeling tools (e.g., UML, ERD) and system design software (e.g., Figma).

Knowledge of APIs and system integration methods.

Experienced in gathering and analyzing user requirements to develop system specifications.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system solutions with business needs.

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or related roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
