What You’ll Build
You’ll work on the core systems that make The Flex run — from seamless booking flows and payment infrastructure to automated cleaning logistics and smart pricing engines. You’ll turn complex, fragmented real estate operations into clean, reliable, and intelligent software. Your work won’t sit in theory — it will shape how thousands of people move, live, and experience true flexibility.
Your Mission
- Build the Core – Develop scalable, high-performance APIs and automation workflows powering global operations.
- Automate Everything – Design microservices and serverless functions that remove manual friction from daily operations.
- Integrate the Ecosystem – Connect Base360.ai with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, and Twilio through robust, elegant integrations.
- Design for Scale – Build fault-tolerant, event-driven systems that handle millions of transactions in real time.
