Uraian Tugas

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end AR processes for marketplace transactions (Shopee, Lazada, Blibli, Tiktok, etc).
Record and reconcile sales, payment, and commission transactions from each marketplace platform.
Coordinate with the Marketplace team to ensure completeness of tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) received every month to avoid loss of 11% VAT credit.
Work closely with the Accounting and Tax teams to ensure all entries are aligned with tax treatment and accounting standards (PSAK / GAAP).
Perform monthly reconciliation between marketplace reports, bank receipts, and GL postings.
Monitor outstanding balances, discrepancies, and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
Support internal and external audit requirements related to marketplace AR.
Prepare regular AR performance and reconciliation reports for management review.
Identify process gaps and propose improvement initiatives for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations, preferably with exposure to e-commerce or marketplace transactions.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations (especially VAT).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with NAV or Business Central is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills across functions.
