Key Responsibilities

• Performance Monitoring : Analyze financial results and business trends, identify risks and opportunities, and generate actionable insights to improve profitability.
• Management Reporting : Deliver high-quality monthly management reports that clearly communicate business performance and progress against strategic goals.
• Cost Control & Optimization : Review cost of sales and expense trends, partnering with commercial teams to enhance financial outcomes.
• Risk & Compliance Oversight : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and lead risk management initiatives to safeguard company assets.
• Cash Flow & Investment Management : Monitor and manage liquidity, capital investments, and financial risks.
• Process Improvement : Champion initiatives to enhance productivity and drive automation within financial processes.
