Job Descriptions :
- Cultural and People Development : Conduct assessments to evaluate the current organizational culture, employee readiness, and overall workplace climate.Develop and implement strategies to enhance culture and align employee behaviors with T&O culture.
- Change Management : Lead change management initiatives related to culture transformation, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the organization. Develop change management plans, including training and resources to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Training and Development : Design and deliver training programs focused on T&O competencies, leadership development, and employee empowerment. Collaborate with HR to deliver the training programs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with leader, HR, and other unit to ensure alignment of culture transformation initiatives with goal. Act as a consultant to management on best practices for fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Measurement and Evaluation : Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of culture and people initiatives. Analyze feedback and data to inform continuous improvement efforts and report findings to T&O management.
- Communication and Advocacy : Develop communication strategies that promote culture transformation initiatives and engage employees in the process. Serve as an advocate for employees, ensuring their voices are heard.
